Tray: Drawn high-capacity 100 litre galvanised steel bowl. Made from Australian-made 0.9mm G3N G275 sheet. Exceptional strength and durability. No sharp corners for safe handling. High resistance to corrosion.

Handles: Powder Coated Steel 60 x 34mm. Black painted finish. Rubber Ergonomic handle shape for comfort in all weather conditions. High strength and durability.

Front stays: Pressed 2.5mm mild steel. Powder coated.

Wheel and Tyre: Pressed mild steel split rim hubs. Powder coated. Durable puncture resistant tyre. Shielded dual ball bearings with a 25mm galvanised tube axle. Narrow wheel 16 x 4.0 – 8 knobby tread. CAUTION – Daytek recommends pressure no higher than 35 psi (240 kPa) per writing on tyre

Nose guard for tipping: Pressed 2.5mm mild steel. Powder coated.

Legs: 38mm wide, pressed 3.2mm mild steel. 5mm mild steel footpads. Powder coated.

Wedge: Adjusts tray angle

Front cross support: Pressed 2.5mm mild steel. Powder coated. Securely bolted to legs.
